Upon receiving this review, I immediately reached out for clarification and offered to process a refund. I did not hear back. I received a custom order request of unfinished product that did not contain my logo. David was quoted several options. We agreed the unfinished pieces would have 3M peel-and-stick adhesive on the reverse, for easy attachment to the bottom layers. All other surfaces would be covered with masking tape to prevent burn or surface damage. The masking tape will, by nature, look dirty. Once the masking tape is peeled off, the surface underneath will be found to be clean, mark-free, and undamaged. I have images of my completed and packaged product for proof, but am unable to attach them to this response. Our company prides itself on excellent customer service. Our product was produced as ordered and shipped the next business day. I only regret that I was unable to reach this customer to appropriately address his concerns.
