About Doc Elliott’s Mixology’s TM

Doc Elliott’s Mixology Bitters is the result of my years crafting cocktails for family and friends, then more recently for the industry guest bar tending, and presenting my barrel aged cocktails and other topics at industry conferences. My mixology avocation, which has always included creating cocktail flavorings, syrups and infusions progressed to developing bitters. Each is produced by hand from natural ingredients resulting in the perfect enhancement for craft cocktails. Read their story
