Skin Enrich® is an innovator of premium collagen supplements with science-backed formulas. But it wasn’t science that inspired us to create our brand; it was a simple conversation with a family member. That relative, a doctor, revealed that the secret to her fabulous skin was the food she ate. Her diet included lots of collagen-rich foods, like fish (especially fish skin), grass-fed bone broth, citrus fruits, and dark leafy greens such as kale, spinach and algae. These foods help the body produce collagen, which is essential for healthy, supple skin and joints. However, collagen production naturally slows as we age. Lifestyle factors like smoking, sun exposure, and a high-sugar diet also deplete collagen levels. It’s vital to boost those levels if we want to stay healthy, but with our busy lives, it can be hard to eat a collagen-rich diet. This is where the science comes in. We began researching collagen, its properties, and its benefits. We wanted to develop an easy but effective way for people to consume collagen and stay healthy. Finally, in 2017, we established Skin Enrich and launched our premium liquid collagen supplements.
