About Knotted Vines

I’m Sarah, the artist behind Knotted Vines. I tie every knot of each handmade product from my little yellow house in Jacksonville, FL. I taught myself to macramé in 2020. With four cats that love to destroy and a quickly growing plant obsession, a hanger was the natural design to start with. I spent days trying to teach myself on my front porch, then one day, it just clicked. Macramé became one of my favorite hobbies and it wasn’t long before I started gifting them to my people. After I heard “you should totally sell these!’ too many times to ignore, I decided to go for it and see what happened. That was over two years ago. Every day since has truly felt like a dream.
