My botanical line began over 8 years ago when I started making herbal teas and sitz baths for my first birth doula client. Over time, I fell in love with plant medicine and learned to farm, forage and formulate a plethora of our other than human kin. A few favorite allies and story keepers of mine are nettles, usnea, lions mane, vervain and reishi. I am enamored by the way plants find us when we need them and how if we allow them to, they can become mentors, mirrors and even friends. Since that first birth client, I have sold thousands of tinctures, teas, elixirs and balms to plant lovers all over the United States and have had the opportunity to serve up delicious farm to table medicinal plates of lions mane, magnolia bowls and nettle cakes through an organic cafe I owned and operated. I love cooking with medicinal mushrooms, speaking with tall trees and blending beautiful tissanes. Herbs are my go to for run of the mill colds, flus and some acute conditions. These days, I mostly work as a depth writer, community educator and plant medium, offering transmissions from the wild world and some times offer essences, teas and tinctures from my apothecary.
