About Mush Mór

Mush Mór started in 2020 in Monaghan, Ireland, as a research-driven project focused on the real-world potential of exotic mushrooms. Our aim was simple: make high-quality mushroom products using well-researched varieties like Shiitake, Lion’s Mane, Enoki, Cordyceps, Maitake, Reishi, and Chaga that are easy to use every day. Our branding takes inspiration from old botanical drawings—clear, detailed, and focused on the facts. It reflects how we work: rooted in science, respectful of tradition, and serious about quality. We use only the fruiting body of the mushroom, not the filler parts like mycelium or grain. That means better flavour and more of the good stuff mushrooms are known for. We also focus on sustainable sourcing and smart, simple packaging.
