Croots began in our small NYC kitchen, born out of a love for sourdough bread and the belief that every good loaf deserves a second act. From that spark came a mission to make croutons better — and along the way, we discovered a simple truth: the best croutons never make it to a salad bowl. Today, Croots are small-batch, family-crafted bread bites with bold, irresistible flavors. Made from a short list of real ingredients, they’re crunchy, savory, and perfect however you choose to eat them — as a snack, a topping, or a little guilty pleasure.
