About Corab Coopérative

Corab was founded in 1998 by 18 organic producers with the aim of supporting and promoting “together” their production of organic grains in the food chain. For them, this creation goes beyond a simple production method: it is a conviction, a coherent response for the various economic and social actors in our departments. Corab is one of the few 100% organic cooperatives dedicated to human nutrition. It now has 170 farmers from Nouvelle-Aquitaine sharing the same vision as 25 years ago. The traceability and transparency of the “from fork to fork” sector make Corab a historic player in organic farming. We have chosen organic agriculture in order to preserve the environment, collective health and biodiversity. We cultivate the land without synthetic pesticides, without polluting water or air, and by promoting agricultural practices that preserve natural resources and life. In our organic fields, we can observe a whole population of pollinating insects such as bees and butterflies. Growing better and eating better are the reasons that push us to offer you the best of our farms. For more than 20 years, we have been growing organic legumes and cereals in rotation on our plots.
