About Bro Dough

Hi, I'm Erica. Also known as the "Chief Everything Officer" at Bro Dough. In 2018 I competed in a few bodybuilding competitions and had to break up with many of my favourite treats- one being cookie dough. I couldn't find a healthier version of this sugar filled, guilty treat... so I created it! Shortly after, Bro Dough was launched in 2019. 50% less sugar than regular cookie dough, 5 x more protein, and quality plant-based ingredients. I spent the first several months of my startup days picking and packing orders in my drivers seat, and storing inventory in my trunk. I then graduated to my apartment living room, where I had a large freezer to store my inventory, and my dining room table as a shipping station. Fast forward to today, we partnered with a manufacturer and have now outsourced most of our operations. Our mission is to create a world where someone can eat an entire jar of cookie dough, and still feel good about themselves. Read their story
