We’ve designed our jewelry with Empowerment Theory in mind. Our mission is to create communities of empowered women. We've geeked out on Empowerment Theory and have designed a line of interchangable (and tradable!) charms and chains with symbols that represent powerful ideas, values, and mantras. All charms can be attached to our chain jewelry though our unique spiral attachment that threads through an open link ring. *Note, charms can be attached to other chains but the chain must have an open link ring to thread the charm thru.* All charms and chains come with corresponding empowerment cards. Here's how empowerment theory works: It starts with you. Wear your intentions, repeat your mantras, and know the ideas and values that are important to you. Activate your superpowers. Do this by selecting a symbol on one of our charms as your mantra. Then, join something bigger and stronger. Join a community of empowered women. Wear, share, and exchange ideas (and charms!) with other women. Finally, comes empowered action and change. Promotions. Board seats. Equal pay. Mentoring.
