About Salt|washed

In 2020, I experienced the loss of a loved one and the world shut down. Suddenly the fun and adventurous vanlife I loved so much became very secluded, quiet and lonely. I needed to create life from the mess and with the little bit of fabric I had lying around and my sewing machine, I started making cases for essential oils. Salt|washed has since grown to include handbags and accessories as well as those initial styles, the twin and quad rollercases. I design my collections around the beautiful textiles from artisans as well as vintage pieces I find for a bohemian style. I continue to hand craft in small batches from my mobile office/campervan, keeping my eye on the full process from raw textiles to finished product to insure the highest quality.
