ILovePins was founded back in 2019, originally 'dropshipping' popular, already manufactured designs from China. However, after posting about my new shop on an enamel pins forum on Facebook, I found out that a lot of these sellers copy designs from smaller artists, so I shut ILovePins down whilst I thought of another approach. During this time I applied for a grant from Young Scot and Creative Scotland called Nurturing Talent: Time To Shine and I was successful in getting £1000 to restart ILovePins with local artists' designs. That was back in November 2021, fast forward through months of getting everything designed and manufactured, and here we are in 2021 with the 10 pin designs and a tote bag!
