Located in Coursan, in the Aude, Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec thrives at the crossroads of the prestigious terroirs of La Clape, Minervois, and Corbières, in the heart of Languedoc. Steeped in history, our 45-hectare estate is traversed by the Via Domitia, the ancient Roman road linking Rome to Spain. With this heritage, we perpetuate a centuries-old winemaking tradition by producing quality organic wines. Under the guidance of Cathy and Lionel Boutié, heirs to a family line dedicated to biodynamic agriculture, our estate expresses the very essence of its Mediterranean terroir. Respectful of nature, we produce natural wines without added sulfites, true taste gems. We also offer DEMETER-certified wines since 2022, where sulfites are used sparingly to ensure optimal preservation without compromising consumer health. Our passion for winemaking is reflected in ancestral practices combined with contemporary techniques. Each grape is harvested at maturity to preserve a perfect balance between sugar and acidity. Indigenous yeasts reveal the aromatic finesse of our white wines, while the reds benefit from extended fermentation. The result?
