One day Annamaria decides to go back to her roots, to that job that had been her parents' job perhaps, it was what she always wanted and should have done. Flocks of thousands of sheep led by the Massaro through the sheep tracks, among the barking of dogs, the crunching of the twigs under feet and paws, bleating, blowing in the wind, disappearing and appearing of the sun, shelter JAZZO ring. Like jazzo with sheep during transhumance, we also welcome and guard our olive trees. UJAZZ represents the idea of improving a product that is already born in a peculiar territory, the Murge plateau, a bitter, intense, authentic land, exactly like the Coratina olive we grow, like the extra virgin olive oil that we produce.
