The Rigaud House, founded in 1852 in Paris, was a renowned perfumery for over a century. In 1960, Mario Rigaud, the founder's grandson, created, with his wife Viviane, a completely innovative concept "A Perfume for the Home." Mario decided to perfectly blend natural perfume essences developed in Grasse with a beautiful, unique, and colored soft wax. It is from this simple idea that the global scented candle industry was born. However, the creation of Mario and Viviane remains unmatched to this day, and the Rigaud candle continues to be the first scented candle and still the best.
