Who are we? My name is Monica Valencia and I am originally from Colombia. I have lived in France for 12 years now. I am a woman who has a strong desire to share the best of my culture in an eco-responsible setting and it is in this spirit that I founded Carelab! How was Carelab born? As the Business Development Manager for a French laboratory that manufactured chemical molecules, I was taken aback by two things when I presented my range: On the one hand, when I was talking about manufacturing, I began my speech by saying that the active ingredient that composes the product was inspired by nature. This was true because chemists analyzed the molecular structure of a naturally hydrating product and reproduced it in the laboratory to make it more effective. So why not simply use a product that is naturally effective and differentiated? On the other hand, the fact of offering an average of twenty cosmetic products for a beauty routine, knowing that this is not necessary. So I wanted to offer a natural, effective, responsible and minimalist choice, but above all to highlight products that are highly innovative in relation to the origin of their raw material.
