Hippolyte's workshop is sun-drenched, hand-picked and certified HVE and Bio* on the heights of the small village of Malaucène, at the foot of Mont Ventoux. For 4 generations, we have been farmers who are passionate about our profession. We cultivate our land with love. We are constantly seeking to improve our ways of producing so as not to impact biodiversity or the environment. We always seek to offer the best for our consumers, whether through our fresh fruit or our processed products. All our jams are made with a minimum of 55% fruit, as sugar is already very present naturally. The pectins that we are required to add so that the jam is not too liquid and therefore does not drip from your toast are 100% natural and made from French fruits. Our juices are 100% pure juice, pressed fruit and nothing else.Read their story
