About Keani Hawaii

Keani Hawai'i started exclusively as an online jewelry boutique (Keani Jewelry) in 2011, featuring designs by owner, Keani Le'a Barnes, who was born on the island of Hawai'i and raised on Maui. She began as a stay-at-home mom, working at night with a humble hobby job making handmade jewelry. Over time, she sought to design unique pieces that differentiated her from other jewelry-makers and also highlighted her love for the ocean, for style, and for her Hawaiian roots. Starting with her Mermaid Scales Line, and one collection at a time, she slowly made her mark and grew her business, with the help of social media, into the success that it is today. In 2025 Keani launched her own clothing line. Both her apparel and jewelry aesthetic embraces sleek simplicity, incorporates the laid back lifestyle, all while mixing in a pop of unforgettable, unique designs you will feel beautiful wearing!
