About Rachel Richards Fine Art

Rachel Richards Fine Art is a collaboration between two neighbors: Rachel, a professional photographer and serial garden galavanter, and Jack Rosfeld, a Certified Master Gardener whose deep botanical knowledge brings context to every piece. It all began as Rachel’s personal creative practice to cultivate mindfulness. With monochromatic macro photography, the constraints of color and scale turn botanical and desert landscapes into striking compositions—some structural and geometric, others more abstract and free-flowing. While not all of the plants are from Jack’s garden, many are. After long days of carefree, creative photography, Jack helps identify each species and share its story, adding clarity to whatever first caught Rachel’s attention. The result is a collection of minimalist black and white botanical prints that bring calm and clarity into modern spaces. Each macro composition captures a rare kind of stillness—a reminder that if we slow down and look around, mindfulness is always within reach. All prints are locally produced in Phoenix, Arizona, using museum-quality paper and archival inks to ensure lasting craftsmanship and exceptional detail. A portion of all proceeds supports the conservation efforts of the Arizona Native Plant Society.Read their story
