ROSINA's FINEST - Love in a Bowl It all began with Serafino. Austrian artist Rosina Wachtmeister had settled in an artists' colony near Rome at a young age. There she took in the cat Serafino when the owner died.
 This was the beginning of Rosina Wachtmeister's big animal welfare paradise, who still gives protection, love and the best food to over 150 homeless animals there today. “ROSINA's FINEST” was developed so that all velvet paws are always supplied with good food, as Rosina cooks on her own stove. Pure and fine Good nutrition is an important issue for Rosina, as it is for all of us. And since Rosina is already half Italian, the menus are just like the Italian mom's: Good ingredients, simple recipes, no frills.
