Our bites - a twist on an old favorite - have been a staple in our family’s province of Cosenza, Italy for centuries, and you’ll be hooked after your first bite too. -- A highlight of growing up was receiving care packages from my family in Italy. Every year, my Aunt ‘Zia’ Vincenzina would send us olive oil, cookies, and my all-time favorite, fichi con noci - figs with nuts. She made them the same way her mother made them, as did her mother before her. With so much deliciousness coming from just two ingredients, I’ve been hooked ever since. Our products are made in the Hudson Valley of New York, using top quality ingredients. Fichi Fig and Nut Bites are a delicious, nutritious and versatile snack.
