Dover Finishing Products (DFP) Inc. was established in 1950 as a source of premium grade furniture care and touch-up products for professionals in the field (movers and delivery personnel) as well as production line applications for furniture, kitchen cabinets and flooring. In 1991, we went through our line to identify products that were easy to use, effective and safe for consumer use. The thinking was that the consumer should have the same access to quality furniture care products as the professionals since they were the ones actually buying and using the furniture. Hence, the Trade Secret line of furniture care products came to be. Since then, we've expanded from wood and laminates to leather care and repair as well. Because we deal directly with the industry, we are able to provide new colors based on production trends as well as create new products to meet the evolving changes in furniture manufacturing.
