Thank you for visiting my shop. My name is Melissa and I am the owner, creator and mastermind behind The Good Life. I created this business from an idea and have made it my lifestyle. I have worked a corporate job FOREVER... as mom says 'You gotta be employable" and so that's what I did! It wasn't my dream but I worked my office job for the better part of 27 years. I enjoyed certain aspects and met some amazing people but it was not my destiny - not even a tiny bit close. As I was closing in on 40 and had a baby (#4 son to our clan), I needed another outlet. I got 'crafty'. This path led me down quite a road of figuring out who I was and what made me happy.... It was time to start living The Good Life for myself. I am now some years into my new lifestyle which does not include my office job. You can now find me stocking shelves in shops, creating new custom products and cooking up some fantastic food items.
