Stained soaps from the package, wouldn't honor exchanges or refunds. Then gave a sad story as to why she couldn't offer an exchange/refund. Products were not shelf ready, proceeded to tell me to still sale items. Would have to offer a discounted damaged price, no one would rightfully pay full price for something damaged. Encouraged her to send soap and package separately for receiving individual to package.

The products seem very good but the packaging was less then desirable. Lost most of the tissue paper around them to being stuck on tape. Had to wrap and tag every thing again
