Shipping was fast, but packaging could be better. My mailer had a hole in it that ended up making a hole in the sticker cellophane package as well, and thankfully it was mostly the freebie stickers that were damaged, but one of the ones I paid for is unusable and a few others of I've had to straighten out a little bit. The product quality of the rest of them is great, otherwise
