The mixing ratio of the different types of rice and the degree of grinding in the three rice flour mixtures differ, which determines the different baking properties of the flours. Whether it's bread, pizza, biscuits or sponge cakes — KOMEKO has the right flour for every need. As a wheat alternative, the flours can in most cases be used instead of wheat flour in recipes 1:1.
