NeonTees is a wholesale division of the Panda Apparel Group that sells to businesses and small retailers who embellish or resell the merchandise. In 2009, we re-introduced the True Pigment Dyed Neon Shirt to the market and have been producing them ever since. As a multi-dimensional company, we are able to carry a deep inventory of products and offer a complete array of finishing services and even fulfillment.
