Earth Soul a place on Earth to heal your soul Earth Soul is the solo venture of Cara Ing who has been brought up around the spiritual and holistic community all her life. As a youngster Cara would join her mother at her Tai Chi class every Saturday morning, enjoying the energy and natural surroundings. Throughout her childhood Cara received Reiki from her mother, but it was not until the age of sixteen when she was diagnosed with hypermobility and fibromyalgia that Cara really explored the benefits of the holistic therapies. Ever since then Cara has used the therapies to manage her condition, along with meditation and relaxation techniques. In 2013 Cara had to leave University due to her illness and found her solace in the holistic and spiritual community once more. Since then Cara has learnt many therapies, been on several courses and even taught some of her own. Cara is now a qualified Angelic Reiki Practitioner, Past Life Regression/Healing therapist, Crystal healer, Aroma therapist, Card Reader, Life Coach, Psychotherapy and Counselling and Holistic Pain Management therapist. Cara continues to develop her therapy skills and spirituality, she has been guided to start producing products to compliment the holistic and spiritual lifestyle. All products have been guided and channelled from Spirit and are handmade by Cara. Read their story
