About Cassie’s Canning Cabinet

I’m Cassie Perrault! I was born and raised in the state of Maine. I am the mother of three boys and have dreamt on owning my own business since my oldest (16) was young. I love the freedom of making pickles and being a fulltime mom. My pickle story starts years ago when I began canning and preserving in my home as a way to provide for my family and pass the time while my children were in school. It started with Dill Pickles and has grown into a legacy of canning that honors my Maine roots, with Grammy’s Piccalilli and Hot Garlic Pickles.
