Nebula is on a mission to boost taste buds, not blood sugar. We craft luxurious, non-glycemic chocolate bites. Made with organic dark chocolate, sourced directly from the Dominican Republic, and filled with outta-this-world delicious flavors that deliver a supernova of flavor, without the gravity of poor ingredients. Free of added sugars, artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols, dairy & gluten. Founder, David Jacobowitz started Nebula as a means to solve his own problem. After his doctor diagnosed him obese and heading towards Type II Diabetes at the ripe age of 10 - he spent 15 years hardcore fad dieting, avoiding sweets and carbs for years at a time - without seeing long term results as he'd always fall back into old habits. Come the pandemic, as everyone was locked inside - he decided enough was enough and found a way to still have his chocolate and eat it too! Using a proprietary non-glycemic sweetener blend of monk fruit and allulose, these chocolates allowed him to satisfy his particular late night sweet tooth, without spiking blood sugar before bed and are now an all day treat for customers all over the country!Read their story
