About NEOGOURMETS

Néogourmets is first and foremost a story: that of Gaëlle, David and their three children. Due to a health concern Gaëlle had to completely eliminate fast sugars from her diet. The Néogourmets adventure began in 2018 with the creation of the biscuit factory certified ORGANIC by ECOCERT in Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, in the heart of Touraine... Today, Chef Thierry Marx is a partner and an integral part of the adventure. It contributes to the development of all cookies and chocolates recipes. The idea is to go back to raw, less processed and therefore healthier ingredients. Good sugars exist, they are naturally present in fruits and are used as is in our recipes.Read their story
