About Caffè Morettino

Morettino is an authentic love story for coffee born in the 1920s in Sicily, in the heart of the Mediterranean. For four generations now, we have been creating excellent artisanal coffee and spreading its culture and traditions, constantly pursuing our natural vocation for quality. Ours is a slow-processing artisanal coffee created according to the ancient Sicilian tradition. Through a careful selection of the most valuable coffees in the world, skilful aging, slow and ecological roasting, we create coffee blends with a unique aroma. Respect for nature guides us at every moment of coffee processing, from plantation to cup. We carefully select the best crops directly in the warm countries of origin of coffee, through collaboration with small producers. We work them with ethics and respect, according to slow and sustainable processing, which guarantees the healthiness of our selections. The constant search for superior quality is the soul of the Morettino Quality Lab, our research and development laboratory that carefully monitors the entire production chain and processing processes. A place where passion, knowledge and care for the raw material take shape to give life to certified quality selections.
