Westero is a barbecue seasoning company from Fort Worth, Texas, created by father-daughter duo, Gilbert and Roxanne Pedroza. Each recipe is sourced with quality ingredients and has rooted heritage from Gilbert’s 50+ years in BBQ and Tex-Mex cuisine. The name WESTERO means, “a man from the West”.
