Sometimes you gotta go all in! Craig Carter and Matt Ouverson are Pitmasters from Kansas City and Iowa that have been winning awards on the National BBQ circuit for over 20 years. In addition to competing on the BBQ circuit, Craig and Matt have won numerous awards in the Steak Cook-Off competitions, including winning the 2019 Steak Cookoff Points Championship, The 2022 Steak Cookoff Ancillary Points Championship and the Memphis in May World Championship Beef Division with our friends from Boars Night Out. In 2021, they decided to start Aces Wild to create a line of some of the best-quality and most flavorful sauces, injections & rubs, as well as expanding on the already successful catering and event management business.
