About Aji Pepper Sauce

Aji Pepper Sauce began as a family tradition brought to life through the eyes of my husband. As a Peruvian immigrant, I know the beauty of my culture firsthand. But it wasn't until I saw it through my husband's eyes that it truly clicked. I took him to Peru to meet my family and it was a cultural awakening for him. When we got back to the states, all he talked about were the peppers that gave the Peruvian food its flavor. We started growing them in our backyard which went pretty well. So we decided to start a farm. Well, we learned quickly that was definitely not our calling. So we set out to the source, Peru, We found a manufacturer that shared our obsession with creating rich, pepper-forward sauces with my mom's homestyle recipe in mind. Each Sauce is made in Peru with Peruvian peppers as the first ingredient and minimal components that allow the peppers themselves to shine. Rather than relying on vinegar-forward heat or mayo-style bases, the sauces deliver a cleaner, 100% pepper-forward flavor in a smooth, versatile format that works as a condiment, dip, marinade, or cooking ingredient.
