We are a family owned and operated business and all our team members are treated as members of our family. At Temecula coffee roasters all of our coffee is specialty grade and ethically traded with a focus on relationships and respect for the farm and the farmer. All lots are carefully evaluated based on cup quality, farm process and sustainable practice. We believe sustainability is fundamental to success. At Temecula Coffee Roasters, we are constantly monitoring everything we do to ensure efficiency and long term sustainability. All of our processes are designed to have as minimal an impact as possible. We not only invest in but actively participate in activities that offset our carbon footprint so that by 2024 our entire process will be net carbon neutral. Every bag of coffee sold supports World Coffee Research a non-profit that assists farmers with the tools, knowledge and plants necessary to adapt to the changing climate. Coffee profiles are all created using our Ikawa sample roasters and once we find the best roast level for that lot, we transfer the profile to our 10KG drum roasters. The result is the freshest, small batch, craft roasted coffee available.
