The organic winery Lorenz stands for uncompromisingly good wine, produced in Rheinhessen, Germany. Wild organic viticulture. For over 15 years, we have been refraining from classic winter pruning, experimenting with new types of wine and working consistently organically since 2003. Outcome? Our vineyards look a bit like primeval forests, there is visibly more biodiversity there & the vines thank us with highly aromatic grapes. A lot of handwork. The vineyards are like playing the piano, playing sports or raising children: a lot of work pays off in the end. That is why we are actively involved in the vineyard and cellar every day and actively support our vines. We love experiments and are therefore continuously optimising our own growing method. High drinking pleasure. All our work has one big goal: good wines. For everyone.
