About Enable Art

At eight years old, Chloe knew she wanted to be a professional artist. She found peace and connection through art and it became her anchor and her lifelong passion. In 2010, as a high school senior, Chloe started her own art business, Enable Art. The name reflected her belief that creativity was a divine gift, “And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me...” (1 Timothy 1:12). To break the “starving artist” myth, Chloe pursued a business degree so she could learn how to run a successful business. In 2014, she moved to the Walla Walla Valley and was hired as an art teacher. With that job she started building her art business by hosting art camps and workshops for kids and adults. In 2019, Chloe developed the idea for a children’s book. In 2020 she found herself with more than enough time to create it. This led to Chloetta’s MooOOove-In Party, the first book in her Unfolded Fables series, co-written with her husband, Trevor. Together, they refined the story over several years, ensuring it resonated with young readers. In 2023, Chloe opened a her first store front after months of renovating the space. In 2024, Chloe was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and knew she needed to adapted since her business was focused on teaching in person classes. She launched her first needle felting kits so she could share her passion with more than just her local community.
