Pink Moon Delray was born under April 2012's full and luscious "Pink Moon". Having just completed my first hand knotted mala that was inspired by a gift from my Doula, I decided to energize it under the glowing light of that night's moon. To my surprise it was full! I quickly looked up the name of April's moon and upon seeing it was called a "Pink Moon" knew that was the perfect name for my new adventure. In the beginning it was all about the mala's. Making them put me in a trance. I loved creating bead patterns, adding interesting guru beads and crafting silk tassels from scratch. What a beautiful way to spend time while my 2 yr old napped. I started gifting them to friends and family and before long became inundated with orders so the next logical step was to sell them at markets. Doing these events I noticed a need for more moderately priced items. That's when I stumbled on the lovely heart shaped stones that have become the cornerstone of my business. On chain or cord, all ages love this everyday necklace's beautiful simplicity. And my moons? Oh they're just fabulous! Nothing is more photogenic than a sparkly white moon on a beautiful neck. Tying in the feel of a long mala but with an edgier "charm" my Amulet's are easily one of my biggest sellers and my convertible Love Bead necklaces are a classic favorite, chic yet earthy and cool. I lovingly craft all of my pieces and feel so blessed that people all over the world are connected by wearing them. Read their story
