The Crafty Pickle Co. crafts raw, unpasteurised, vegan, gut-friendly, sauerkraut & kimchi using as much imperfect or surplus produce as possible. A percentage of ALL sales goes towards addressing food insecurity in the UK. One of the oldest forms of food preservation, foods made using fermentation have played a significant role in our food system for thousands of years. The preservation power of fermentation allows us to extend the life of perfectly edible fruit and veg for longer, in an energy efficient manner. Since we began in 2019, our business has been dedicated to reducing our environmental impact in any way we can. That's why we reuse as much of our materials as possible and ship our products UK wide using at least 75% of up-cycled packaging material.
