About Hot Graham Sauce Company LLC

In 2019 I was gifted 10 superhot pepper plants from my Mom. Since these were not snacking peppers, I began experimenting with recipes for sauces, using different types of hot peppers. My small kitchen batches were often shared with friends and family, and through this supportive crew of family, neighbors, friends and work colleagues, I took the plunge into the hot sauce business! Our focus is on flavor first and then adding the heat, and we started with two sauces, a mild (The Warmup) and a spicy (Toccata). Through 2020 and 2021, with the virus lockdown and isolation, there was an overall desire of people looking for something new and different, to explore their own palate tolerances and to try new foods. Through experimentation and improvisation in food pairings, we truly hope you enjoy our sauces and tell your friends and family as well.Read their story
