About Crescent City Clay

Hello, we are Gina & Jamie! A mother-daughter team creating handcrafted, lightweight polymer clay earrings & accessories. All pieces are handmade by Gina (Mom) in New Orleans, LA. Jamie is co-designer & manages our marketing efforts for Crescent City Clay, all out of Houston, TX. We are supporting each other from afar, staying connected & having fun. New Orleans, LA is often referred to as "The Crescent City" which is where our name came from. The Crescent City Clay business has actually been around since 2014. The name was conceived by Gina when she began selling her handmade pottery. When beginning our polymer clay earring business together in 2020, we decided to continue using the same business name as we shifted into this venture together. One key element setting us apart from other polymer clay makers is the method in which we embed our earring posts. Many makers use harmful resin or super glue, however we embed the posts inside the polymer clay backs to protect your ears.
