About Steamy Tech

In May of 2012 Greg and Lora Price went to a steampunk convention called Clockwork Alchemy and found an amazing community. People who happily live in a fantasy world around technology and how the world could have been. And the imaginations began to turn. We soon discovered "laser cutters"and "3-D printers" and nothing has been the same since. When we decided we wanted to make steampunk items for ourselves, the first thing that came to mind was gears and it all started there. We started playing and discovered that we could use these high tech tools to make amazing kinetic art that goes far, far beyond steampunk.
