About Popped! Republic
Popped! Republic began as a team and a dream in 2012 when Eric and his wife decided to follow their hearts and begin a popcorn truck in D.C. They were popcorn lovers and fans of D.C.’s thriving food truck scene and imagined a world where there was a combination of both. Then Popped! Republic's food truck made its way down the 14th Street Bridge in Washington, D.C. to its first retail store in Alexandria. We continue to offer the traditional flavors gourmet popcorn lovers crave, as well as unique flavors like Chesapeake Style Popcorn and Route 66 Ranch Popcorn. Our Maryland Mix is our most popular blend, which features our Classic Caramel Popcorn with our Cheezy Cheddar Popcorn.
