About Delightchocolate

Delight Chocolate is owned and operated by Jennifer Rashleigh and Jeff Brown. We started Delight Chocolate as a Husband and Wife Team in 2003 from our kitchen at home. Both haling from the culinary industry, we share a passion for both excellent quality in food but also sustainability. From the beginning we sourced out exclusively Organic and Fair Chocolate and since have built strong relationships with local sustainable farms. We started as a wholesale business, selling our Filled Chocolates and Chocolate Bark. Within a couple of years, we needed a production space. The Junction was fairly sleepy back then so finding a store front that we could convert into a kitchen was easy. So with two young kids in tow, we took the plunge. Since we had a retail store front, we decided that we would simultaneously open our doors to the public during the Junction Arts Festival of 2007.Read their story
