About Rodies Socks

RODIES was founded in August 2020 by us three founders Miriam, Christoph and Stephan, in beautiful Albstadt in the Swabian Alb. The three of us share a love for high-quality and fashionable textiles, especially crew socks, which is why we decided to design them ourselves and share them with our RODIES crew at a fair price. In the production of our RODIES crew socks, the high quality of the processed materials is very important to us, which is why only Oeko-Tex certified cotton is used in the production of our tennis socks. It is also important to us that the working conditions during the production of our RODIES socks are fair and transparent. Very often we are asked how to pronounce RODIES correctly and what RODIES actually means. That is why there is now a small explanation to solve this mystery. How is RODIES pronounced correctly? Quite simple actually, just RODIES: D no RUDIES, no RUDIESCH just RODIES. RO for red, WHO like the woman and S... just like S:D. The word RODIES is an acronym composed of our three founder surnames: RO for Stephan Romer, DIE for Christoph Diebold and S for Miriam Schmid.Read their story
