The S.POLO FARM is the result of ancient knowledge passed down from generation to generation. The farm has been family-run since it was founded in 1938 by the owner's great-grandfather and is the guardian of ancient traditions and unique recipes. The setting in which the San Polo Farm is immersed is that of the splendid vineyard-covered hills of the ancient village of Castelvetro di Modena. The must we use for the production of our balsamic condiments and our balsamic-based sauces comes from the grapes of our vineyards cultivated with Grasparossa and Trebbiano. We are proud to say that the work done on our farm is completely manual, from the vineyard to the packaging, supporting the work of a small community and carrying forward the philosophy of a circular economy where waste is minimized. We also offer 360° hospitality as our customers and tourists can stay in the rooms of the ancient convent dating back to the 17th century around which our farm is developed, where we prepare delicious tastings of our products accompanied by traditional local peasant dishes strictly cooked by us, as well as guided tours in the vinegar cellar and winery.
