I spent 8 years in the pet industry working alongside my mom, who owned a pet supply store. Through buying, sourcing, and working directly with manufacturers, I saw firsthand how much usable animal material is left behind simply because it doesn’t fit large-scale production standards. Many pet food systems rely on uniform cuts and strict formulations, which means perfectly usable parts like heads, feet, and organs are often set aside. That never sat right with me. Frost Fang exists to change that. We work with trusted partners to reclaim and repurpose those overlooked parts into high-quality, single-ingredient treats. Nothing flashy. Nothing unnecessary. Just honest food that respects the whole animal. We source responsibly, process in small batches, and keep our ingredient lists simple and transparent. Some products are sourced domestically, while others come from trusted international partners when that’s the best option available. This isn’t mass production. It’s intentional production. As a small business and a dad, I care deeply about doing things the right way for the animals we feed, the people we serve, and the future we’re building for our children.
