We are sorry this international shipment was damaged by the carrier FedEx. As we discussed, this issue was able to be disputed directly with FedEx per Faire. Our labels are unique to each product. Our Scrubs are all natural as we had discussed. The scrub that you stated does not look like the images can be lighter or darker due to natural tea staining process. This is also in the description.
