Ashae has been practicing herbalism here in the Appalachian mountains since 2013. She finds her joy growing and harvesting medicinals in her garden and in the surrounding forests. You will often find her in the summer time with a harvesting basket in hand & in the kitchen crafting goodies! My biggest mission at Spiral Roots Sanctuary is to remind people that taking your health into your own hands is as easy as stepping into our backyards or into the forest. My plants are 100% naturally grown using only what the Earth provides, and our herbal products use 100% sustainably harvested and grown herbs, never with any chemicals.
